I am so glad that I chose SERVPRO to restore parts of my home after a fire broke out inside. The worst parts were the soot all over everything as well as the obnoxious smell. SERVPRO did a great job cleaning up and minimizing the lingering odor. They were so respectful and understanding during the whole process. We had a very unfortunate situation where an electrical fire happened in a bedroom of our house. Once we got past the shock of what happened, the reality sunk in.....how were we going to handle the clean up? There was a lot of smoke damage and we had no idea how to begin to take care of it. The staff arrived at my house after the fire was out and explained everything they were going to do ahead of time. Every single interaction with the staff, whether at the shop, on the phone, via email, or at my house was always professional, yet also personable. They answered all of my questions and dealt with all of my concerns in a timely manner. I appreciate their patience in dealing with the barrage of family members in the house asking a lot of questions as well. had a chimney fire at our home and SERVPRO of Yonkers North was amazing, cleaning soot and smoke damages and walking us through everything. there was so much soot on everything I didn’t think it would ever be fully cleaned up but our living room is now back to normal.
